Every Hazel & Shore order ships free — no minimum order required, no hidden fees. Whether you're in New York, London, Sydney, or anywhere in between, we've got you covered.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this link to follow your order from our door to yours.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Hazel & Shore has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link for the latest update. Carrier delays occasionally occur and tracking information may take 24–48 hours to refresh.

If your order is more than 30 days overdue, contact us at support@hazelshore.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@hazelshore.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
