Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return any item purchased from hazelshore.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of your delivery date.

All returns must be approved before sending anything back. To start a return, email us at support@hazelshore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.


Condition of Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition as received
  • Returned in their original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for a return.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your postage receipt until your return is confirmed. Hazel & Shore is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2–7 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid after any discounts or promotions applied to your order.


Exchanges

We offer store credit for exchanges. After your return is approved, you'll receive a store credit code to use on your next order. Exchange store credits are final sale and cannot be combined with other discount codes.


Gifts

Items received as gifts are non-refundable. They can be exchanged for store credit only. To start a gift exchange, email us at support@hazelshore.com with the gift recipient's name, shipping address, or order number.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hazelshore.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll make it right.


Lifetime Color Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you experience significant color fading or tarnishing under normal wear conditions, you can submit a warranty claim at any time. Approved claims are eligible for a replacement or store credit.

The Lifetime Color Warranty covers:

  • Significant gold or silver color loss under normal conditions

The Lifetime Color Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or minor surface changes
  • Damage caused by misuse, chemicals, or improper storage
  • Lost items

To submit a warranty claim, email support@hazelshore.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.


Manufacturing Defects

If your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect, you have 90 days from your delivery date to submit a claim. Approved claims are eligible for a replacement or store credit.
